摘　　要：慢性肾脏病因为具有不可逆且持续进展的特点已成为世界性的健康问题。随着近年来慢性肾脏病发病率不断增加,中西医防治慢性肾脏病已成研究热点。文章通过阐述慢性肾脏病的中医病因病机,以虚实作为辨证体系对慢性肾脏病的证型进行归纳总结,以虚实为中心,立足于整体概括慢性肾脏病的中医治疗方法,以期为中医药防治慢性肾脏病提供一定的参考依据。Chronic kidney disease has become a worldwide health problem due to its irreversible and continuous progression.With the increasing incidence of CKD in recent years,the prevention and treatment of CKD in TCM and Western medicine has become a research hotspot.In this paper,based on expounding the etiology and pathogenesis of CKD in TCM,the syndrome types of CKD were summarized with deficiency and excess as the syndrome differentiation system,and the TCM treatment methods of CKD based on the overall summary were given in order to provide certain reference for TCM prevention and treatment for CKD.
