摘　　要：孙久林主任医师从医四十余年,在心脑血管病诊治方面积累了丰富的临床经验,他强调气血的生理关系及气血失调对心脑功能活动的影响,在八纲辨证的基础上加以气血辨证,并结合现代研究的成果,进一步发挥创新,在学术思想、临证经验、用药心得三个方面均有独到见解,对于指导中医临床工作具有重要的参考价值。Chief Physician SUN Jiulin has been in medicine for more than 40 years,and has accumulated rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.He emphasized the physiological relationship between Qi(气)and blood,and the influence of Qi and blood disorders on the heart and brain function.Based on eight-principle syndrome differentiation(八纲辨证),combined with Qixue syndrome differentiation(气血辨证)and modern research,he made some innovation in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in TCM.He has unique insights in academic thinking,clinical experience,and medication experience,which is an important reference value for guiding the clinical work of TCM.
