温潜法在癌因性失眠治疗中的应用

摘　　要：癌因性失眠是影响肿瘤患者生活质量的重要因素之一,目前临床对此病证的诊治仍处于初步探索阶段。肿瘤的发生发展及现代医学中对癌症有效的治疗手段耗伤着人体阳气,故癌因性失眠中阳虚型失眠较为多见。针对阳虚型癌因性失眠,临床上应用温潜法,根据失眠的病因病机再结合脏腑辨证,选用温阳潜镇的方药,取得了很好的疗效。故文章论述温潜法治疗阳虚型癌因性失眠,为中医治疗癌因性失眠提供一个思路和中医理论依据。Cancer-related insomnia is one of the important factors affecting the quality of life of cancer patients.At present,the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cancer-related insomnia is in the preliminary stage of exploration.The Yang Qi(阳气)of the human body is damaged by the occurrence,development and treatment of tumors,so the Yang(阳)deficiency type is more common in cancerrelated insomnia.Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia,combined with the syndrome differentiation of the viscera,the prescription for warming Yang and tranquilizing was selected and achieved very good curative effects.In this article,the treatment of Yangdeficiency type cancer-related insomnia by warming suppressing hyperactive method was discussed,which provides an idea and theoretical basis for TCM treatment of cancer-related insomnia.
