来氟米特片联合自拟利湿通络经验汤剂辅助治疗风湿性关节炎的效果及对炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究来氟米特片联合自拟利湿通络经验汤剂辅助治疗风湿性关节炎的效果及对炎性因子的影响。方法:随机抽取北京市通州区中医医院98例风湿性关节炎门诊患者,利用摸球法分为研究组(使用来氟米特片联合自拟利湿通络经验汤剂辅助治疗)与对照组(使用来氟米特片治疗)。对比两组的治疗效果。结果:经治疗,研究组患者血清类风湿因子(Rheumatoid Factor,RF)、白细胞介素-17(Interleukin-17,IL-17)、白细胞介素-22(Interleukin-22,IL-22)、前列腺素E2(Prostaglandin E2,PGE2)等炎性因子水平改善明显优于对照组;研究组患者腹泻、乏力、肝脏酶升高、脱发、皮疹等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于单纯使用来氟米特片治疗,对风湿性关节炎患者采取来氟米特片联合自拟利湿通络经验汤剂辅助治疗具有较为理想的临床疗效,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of leflunomide tablets plus the self-made decoction for relieving dampness and dredging collaterals in adjuvant treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods:98 cases were randomly selected and divided into the study group(took leflunomide tablets plus the self-made decoction for relieving dampness and dredging collaterals in adjuvant treatment)and the control group(took leflunomide)according to the touch ball method.Results:After treatment,the levels of serum RF,IL-17,IL-22,PGE;and other inflammatory factors were ameliorated significantly than those in the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions such as diarrhea,fatigue,elevated liver enzymes,hair loss,and rash in the study group were significantly lower than the control group,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with leflunomide tablets alone,the adjuvant treatment of leflunomide tablets plus the self-made decoction for relieving dampness and dredging collaterals on rheumatoid arthritis shows an ideal clinical effect,and is worthy of promotion.
