丹芍祛湿养阴方灌肠联合盆腔炎外敷包1号方贴敷在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探究丹芍祛湿养阴方灌肠联合盆腔炎外敷包1号方贴敷在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用效果。方法:将于青岛大学附属威海市立第二医院就诊的86例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组(43例,采用常规替硝唑、左氧氟沙星联合治疗)和观察组(43例,在对照组基础上实施丹芍祛湿养阴方灌肠及盆腔炎外敷包1号方贴敷),比较治疗前及治疗2周后两组中医症状积分、炎性介质[白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)]、免疫功能[血清免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(Immunoglobulin M,IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)]。结果:治疗2周后,两组患者中医症状积分、IL-6、CRP、PCT水平均较治疗前显著下降,且观察组显著低于同一时期对照组(P<0.05);观察组IgA、IgM、IgG水平较治疗前显著下降,且低于同一时期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹芍祛湿养阴方灌肠联合盆腔炎外敷包1号方贴敷在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用效果显著,可有效减轻患者各项中医证候及炎症反应,亦有利于调节患者的免疫功能,临床应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the effects of enema of the Danshao Qushi Yangyin prescription(丹芍祛湿养阴方)plus external application pack No.1 on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:86 cases were randomly divided into the control group(43 cases,received conventional tinidazole and levofloxacin)and the observation group(43 cases,took enema of the Danshao Qushi Yangyin prescription plus external application pack No.1 more).Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptom scores,IL-6,CRP,and PCT levels in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,IgA,IgM and IgG levels were significantly lower than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enema of the Danshao Qushi Yangyin prescription plus external application pack No.1 shows a significant effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.It can effectively alleviate various TCM syndromes and inflammatory reactions in patients,and is also beneficial to regulate the immunity function of patients,with high clinical value.
