中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的有效性。方法:在7个数据库中检索中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的随机对照试验。检索时间自建库以来至2021年3月,根据纳排标准筛选文献、提取数据、进行质量评价,运用Review Manager 5.3、Stata 16.0软件对结局进行Meta分析,共计纳入文献24篇,1912例患者。结果:与单纯西医治疗相比较,中西医结合治疗可以明显提高临床总有效率、A型内膜率、排卵率、妊娠率,增加子宫厚度、优势卵泡直径,并且有效降低中医证候积分、卵巢过度刺激综合征发生率、未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征发生率偏低,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效好且能降低不良反应,值得推广。但由于文献质量等原因,结果可能存在偏移,建议进行更多高质量的临床试验来支持此结论。Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of the integrative medicine on ovulation dysfunction infertility.Methods:Randomized controlled trials of the integrative medicine on ovulation dysfunction infertility were searched in 7 databases inclucling CNKI,Wanfang data,VIP,SionMed,PubMed,EMbase and and Cochrane Library.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to March2021.The literature was screened according to the inclusion criteria.Data extraction and and quality evaluation was executed,and a meta-analy sis of the outcome was performed by Review Manager 5.3 and Stata 16.0 software.A total of 24 articles and 1912 patients were included.Results:Compared with pure Western medicine treatment,the integrative medicine treatment can significantly improve the total clinical efficiency,type A endometrial rate,ovulation rate,and pregnancy rate,increase uterine thickness,and the diameter of the dominant follicle,and effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score,the incidence of OHSS,and the incidence of LUFS,and the results show statistical significances.Conclusion:The integrative medicine shows a good clinical effects on ovulation dysfunction infertility and can reduce adverse reactions.It is worthy of promotion.However,due to the quality of literature and other reasons,the results may be biased.It is recommended to conduct more high-quality clinical trials to support this conclusion.
