摘　　要：随着中国经济社会及科技的发展,越来越多地受到发达国家在高科技领域的技术封锁。发达国家在对中国进行技术封锁的同时又需要中国市场。外企并不甘心直接将真实技术布局意图展现出来,因而有必要对外企在国内的技术布局进行探索,做到知己知彼。专利制度是技术保护的有效手段,但又不是唯一的手段。基于“高成本事件体现真实意图”原则,以专利信息为主,其他信息为辅,构建外企在华技术布局情报分析模型,以期对外企在中国的真实技术布局意图进行挖掘过程中寻找更有力的竞争情报。With the development of China’s social economy and science and technology,it is increasingly blocked by developed countries in the field of high technology.The developed countries need the Chinese market while blocking China’s technology.Foreign enterprises are not willing to directly show the real intention of technology layout.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the technology layout of foreign enterprises in China,so as to know ourselves and others.Patent system is an effective means of technology protection,but it is not the only one.Based on the principle of“high cost events reflect the real intention”,the intelligence analysis model of technology layout of foreign enterprises in China is built with patent information as the main part and other information as the auxiliary part,in order to play a role in mining the real technology layout of foreign enterprises in China.
