摘　　要：海洋油气平台开发需要一定周期,由于某种原因超短周期开发的项目,要从范围管理、沟通管理、计划管理、采办管理及团队建设等方面进行精细化规划,创新思路解决超短周期和设计周期需求的矛盾。结合工程实例对超短周期项目的设计管理应对进行阐述,为今后超短周期开发项目提供借鉴。Offshore oil and gas platform development needs a certain period.For ultra-short period development projects,it is necessary to carry out fine planning,innovate ideas and solve the contradiction between ultra-short period and design period from the aspects of scope management,communication management,planning management,acquisition management and team building.Combined with engineering examples,the design management of ultra-short cycle projects is expounded,which provides reference for future ultra-short cycle development projects.
