摘 要:海上油田大多采用水平井完井的方式进行开发,但对高泥质疏松砂岩储层以大液量开采的生产制度采油时,容易出现大量出砂和出泥堵塞、高含水等一系列问题。长水平井的老筛管一般都无法起出,而在老筛管内开展有效的防砂控水再完井工艺相对困难。综合水力喷砂射孔、砾石充填及控水筛管分段控水等多个技术方向,经过长期探索试验研究并开展现场实践,逐渐形成了一套“井筒改造防砂控水二次完井”工艺,切实解决了老水平井低产低效开发问题。Horizontal well completion is widely used in offshore oilfields.However,when the high argillaceous unconsolidated sandstone reservoir is produced with a production system of large liquid volume,a series of problems such as massive sand production,mud clogging,and high water content are likely to occur.Generally,the old screens of long horizontal wells cannot be lifted out,and it is relatively difficult to carry out effective sand control and water control secondary completion technology in the old screens.After long-term exploration,experimental research and field practice,a set of technologies of"wellbore reconstruction-sand control and water control recompletion"have been gradually formed by integrating multiple technologies such as hydraulic abrasive perforating,gravel packing and segmented water control screens.The problems of low production and low efficiency of old horizontal wells have been effectively solved.
