我国生物医药领域成果转化的问题和建议

摘　　要：生物和新医药技术是我国重点支持的高新技术领域,与生物医药产业近几年的高速发展形成鲜明对比的是该领域的成果转化情况不容乐观。我国生物医药领域的原始创新资源主要集中在高校、医院和科研机构。激发这些机构的创新活力、提高转化效率,需要我们在成果管理制度、转化激励措施、服务平台建设、人才培养体系、职称评聘制度、医药监管方式上不断突破创新。Biology and new pharmaceutical technology are the high-tech fields that China focuses on supporting.In sharp contrast to the rapid development of biomedical industry in recent years,the transformation of achievements in this field is not optimistic.The original innovation resources in the field of biomedicine in China are mainly concentrated in universities,hospitals and scientific research institutions.To stimulate the innovation vitality of these institutions and improve the transformation efficiency,we need to make continuous breakthroughs and innovations in the results management system,transformation incentive measures,service platform construction,talent training system,professional title evaluation and employment system and medical supervision methods.
