摘　　要：“目运于肺”一说首见于明代王肯堂所著《证治准绳》,是对肺、目关系的高度概括和归纳总结,其中涉及目窍的结构、视觉及保护能力。“目运于肺”提示目窍在发挥视觉生理功能的过程中,要凭借肺脏所主之气及其功能。如肺为气之本,目之精血得气推动,经玄府营养、通利目窍使目能精辨五色、明析万物;肺朝百脉,载血上注于目,眼目得血所养而能视;肺为水源,肺津上乘目珠,方能使目得其濡润;肺主皮毛,输卫气于眼周,使目得护卫而安。文章从上述角度结合中医典籍及现代临床医学研究,探讨“目运于肺”的内涵及临床意义。The idea that"the eyes action on lung",first described in Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng by WANG Kentang of the Ming Dynasty,is a high-level generalization and summary of relationship between the lung and the eyes,and involves the structure of eye,and the visual and protection ability."The eyes action on lung"indicates that the eye depends on the Qi and functions contained in the lung in the process of exerting visual physiological.For example,the Qi of the lung passes through the Xuanfu to deliver the blood to the eyes so that the eyes can see;The lungs connect all the blood vessels and leads the blood to nourish eye through Qi to absorb blood nutrients in the meridians;The lungs maintain the normal flow of fluid,which goes to the eyes and moistens them;The lungs govern skin and hair,which protect your eyes from outside intrusion.The article combines traditional Chinese medicine classics and modern clinical medicine research to discuss the connotation and clinical significance of"the eyes action on lung"from the above perspective.
