摘　　要：“病痰饮者,当以温药和之”是痰饮病的治疗法则,后世医家对痰饮实质、广义与狭义痰饮、“温药和之”等内容存在不同见解。笔者追根溯源力求原意,张仲景所论之痰饮实为饮邪,“温药和之”针对广义痰饮。饮为阴邪,多由脏腑阳气不足、水液停聚导致,证属本虚标实当以温药治之,但须遵循“和之”的总体目标和原则。应当根据邪正之盛衰、病势之缓急、部位之浅深、寒热之属性等常与变的情况,合理运用温阳化饮之常法及辛温发汗祛饮、温利水饮、泻水逐饮等变法,使机体恢复和谐之态。而后世所论之痰饮乃痰与饮的合称,痰与饮皆为阴邪,凡痰、饮、水、湿等阴邪为患者皆可遵循“病痰饮者,当以温药和之”的根本大法。Those Who Suffer from Phlegm Fluid Should Be Treated with Warm Drugs"as the treatment rule for phlegm fluid diseases.Later physicians have different opinions on the essence of phlegm fluid,the broad and narrow sense of phlegm fluid,and"Warm Drugs".The author goes back to the source,and strives for Zhongjing’s original intention.Zhongjing’sphlegm fluid actually is fluid,and“Warm Drugs”is aimed at generalized phlegm fluid.Fuid is Yin evil,mostly caused by the lack of Yang in the viscera and the stagnation of water and liquid,The essence is empty and the standard is real which should be treated with warm drugs.But it is necessary to follow the overall goal and principle of"harmony",and rationally use the regular method of warming Yang to dissolve the fluid and Xinwen sweating according to the rising and falling of evils,the severity of the disease,the shallowness of parts,the attributes of cold and heat,etc.To restore the body's harmony.The phlegm fluid in later generations is the collective name of phlegm and fluid.Phlegm and fluid are both Yin evils.Diseases caused by phlegm,fluid,water,dampness and other Yin evils,they can follow the principle of"Those Who Suffer from Phlegm Fluid Should Be Treated with Warm Drugs.
