摘　　要：吕安卿是近现代岭南医学流派早期代表性医家之一,对岭南医派之形成有着重要的影响,其临证风格特色鲜明,尤擅妇儿科,立“松、通、清”法辨治温病传里、邪困心包及温病、杂病郁热内伏之证,为叶天士、吴温病学术在岭南本地化的体现,于岭南医林中独树一帜。于妇科疾病重视调气理血,对妇科血病、调经有着独到与丰富的经验;于幼科倡导小儿外感四证理论,重视风、热、痰、滞在小儿外感病中的辨治,对小儿外感病之诊治有提纲挈领的指导作用。同时吕安卿用药颇具个人风格,深入融合岭南经验与经典方药,展示出成熟、深厚的岭南本土用药经验与药物学知识之积淀。LYU An-qing was one of the early representative doctors of Lingnan medical school in modern times,and had an important influence on the formation of Lingnan medical school.His clinical style is distinctive,especially good at gynecology and pediatrics.He established method of"Song,Tong,Qing"to treat the syndrome of febrile diseases spreading to the inside and evil traping in the pericardium,and the internal accumulationg of stagnated heat syndrome in febrile and miscellaneous diseases,which was the embodiment of YE and WU's academic study of epidemic febrile disease in Lingnan and unique in Lingnan doctors.LYU An-qing attached importance to regulate Qi and blood in gynecological diseases,and had unique and rich experience in gynecological blood diseases and regulating menstruation.In Pediatrics,he advocated the theory of four syndromes of exogenous diseases,which paid attention to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of wind,heat,phlegm and in children's exogenous diseases,playing a guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of children's exogenous diseases.At the same time,LYU's medication has clear personal style,deeply integrated Lingnan medicine and prescription experience,showing a accumulation of mature and profound Lingnan’s local drug use experience and pharmacology knowledge.
