摘　　要：女贞子具有滋阴、补肝肾的功效,是临床常用防治骨质疏松的中药。为探讨其抗骨质疏松的中医理论基础,本文结合“肝藏血”“血化养精髓充骨”“肾藏精”和“精生髓”等中医理论及经络学说,初步构建了“肝、肾-脑-骨”调节体系。该体系囊括女贞子的归经靶向及其对液、精、髓、血之间物质转化的影响,并以此为基础阐释女贞子改善骨代谢的作用。此外,本文还从神经调节角度探讨了女贞子抗骨质疏松的作用机制,进一步丰富了女贞子临床应用的中医理论基础。Ligustri Lucidi(LL),which could nourish Yin and invigorate liver and kidney,is clinically used to treatment of osteoporosis(OP).In order to explore the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory such as'liver storing blood',′blood nourishing essence and marrow to fill bone',′kidney storing essence'and′essence transforming into marrow',this article will preliminarily establish the regulation system consisted of liver,kidney,brain and bone to explore the TCM's theoretical basis of LL in prevention against osteoporosis.The system including meridian tropism and effects on material transformation among body fluid,essence,marrow and blood,could be the foundation to interpret the bone-protective mechanisms of LL.In addition,this article will discuss the effect of LL on osteoporosis from the perspective of neuroregulation,striving to enrich scientific theoretical basis for clinical application of LL.
