朝医四象医学体质理论与《黄帝内经》理论体系源流关系探微

摘　　要：朝医四象医学体质理论与《黄帝内经》理论体系具有源流关系。自晋唐起,以《黄帝内经》为代表的中医学理论体系传入朝鲜,受到朝鲜医学界的高度重视。《黄帝内经》之整体观念、阴阳理论、五脏大小论、养“心”观、体质理论等对朝医四象医学体质理论的形成具有重要影响,但是《黄帝内经》理论体系与朝医四象医学体质理论在体质分类、心之有形无形、脏腑“大小”、病因以及临床治疗等方面存在异同。本文从朝医四象医学体质理论形成背景、《黄帝内经》理论体系对朝医四象医学体质理论形成的影响、朝医四象医学体质理论与《黄帝内经》体质理论之异同等三方面阐述朝医四象医学体质理论与《黄帝内经》理论体系源流关系及其对后世体质医学的影响,对临床体质辨象论治具有重要指导意义。Sasang constitutional theory of Korean medicine has a original relationship with the theoretical system of Inner Canon of Huangdi.Since the Jin and Tang dynasties,the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,represented by Inner Canon of Huangdi,has been highly valued by the Korean medical circles.The overall concept,the theory of Yin and Yang,the theory of the size of the five Zang organs,the concept of"cultivating the heart"and the theory of constitutional theory in Inner Canon of Huangdi had an important influence on the formation of Sasang constitutional theory of Korean medicine.However,there are some differences and similarities between the theoretical system of Inner Canon of Huangdi and Sasang constitutional theory of Korean medicine in the aspects of constitutional classification,the visible and invisible of the heart,the"size"of the zang-fu organs,the cause of disease and clinical treatment.In this paper,the origin and development of Sasang constitutional theory of Korean medicine and the theory of the Inner Canon of Huangdi are discussed from three aspects:the background of the formation of Sasang constitutional theory of Korean medicine,the influence of the theory system of Inner Canon of Huangdi on the formation of Sasang constitutional theory of Korean medicine,the differences and similarities between Sasang constitutional theory of Korean medicine and the theory of Inner Canon of Huangdi,etc.,it has an important guiding significance for the treatment of differentiation of clinical constitution.
