摘 要:中医病因造模法是证候动物模型的经典研究思路,在促进中医药现代化进程的同时亦暴露出部分问题。文章概述中医病因造模法在脾气虚证模型研制中的研究现状,从中管窥出制备思路缺乏共识、病因模拟方法多样化、“病”与“证”相互独立等共性问题,现行思路指导下的病因型模型仍难以实现“因-证-症”统一。故基于多层次逻辑角度论证关键问题探讨相应对策,据此提出“因证关系”为逻辑基础,多病因法更具合理性;病因合理性评价是关键环节,基于“因果关联”逻辑思维遴选病因;遵循“以病统证”研究框架,构建病证一体化模型;或可引入体质因素,纯化病因因素等研究思路,以期为证候模型规范化发展提供新思路。The TCM etiology modelling method is a classic research idea for animal models of Syndrome,which can facilitate the modernization of TCM but also reveals some problems.This paper outlines the current research status of the TCM etiology modelling method in the development of the Spleen Qi deficiency model,from which common problems such as the lack of consensus on the preparation concept,the diversity of etiology modelling methods,and the independence of"disease"and"Syndrome"are identified.It is difficult to realise the unification of"cause-syndrome-disease".Based on the multi-level logical perspective,the key issues are argued and the corresponding countermeasures are explored,according to which it is proposed that the"cause-syndrome relationship"is the logical basis and the multi-cause approach is more reasonable.The study framework of"syndrome differentiation by disease"and the construction of an integrated model of disease and syndrome;the introduction of physical factors and the purification of etiological factors are some of the research ideas,with a view to providing new ideas for the standardization of syndrome models.
