摘 要:DF8B型内燃机车采用液压系统来驱动冷却风扇,静液压系统液压传动过程中静液压油会产生热量,油-空散热器的功能是冷却静液压油,串联在静液压马达的出口管路上,另一端通过管路连接到静液压油缸,形成油循环回路。当静液压油循环回路某处发生破裂漏油时,将无法建立油压驱动冷却风扇正常工作,柴油机冷却水系统无法正常冷却,油水温度升高后将导致柴油机卸载,造成机车故障,影响铁路正常的运输秩序。本文通过对我段两台DF8B型内燃机车油-空散热器惯性裂漏的故障进行深度分析,针对有可能引起故障的不稳定因素提出了预防措施。DF8B diesel locomotive adopts the hydraulic system to drive the cooling fan.The hydrostatic oil will generate heat during the hydraulic transmission of the hydrostatic system.The function of the oil air radiator is to cool the hydrostatic oil,which is connected in series on the outlet pipeline of the hydrostatic motor,and the other end is connected to the hydrostatic oil cylinder through the pipeline to form an oil circulation circuit.When the hydrostatic oil circulation circuit breaks and leaks oil somewhere,it will not be able to form oil pressure to drive the cooling fan to work normally,and the diesel engine cooling water system cannot be cooled normally.The increase of oil-water temperature will lead to diesel engine unloading,cause locomotive failure and affect the normal transportation order of the railway.Based on the in-depth analysis of the inertia crack and leakage of oil-air radiator of two DF8B diesel locomotives in our locomotive depot,this paper puts forward preventive measures for the unstable factors that may cause the fault.
