摘　　要：以星湖城市广场二期商务楼项目为例,结合工程实践,重点介绍了深基坑围护结构施工关键技术,技术内容包括SMW工法桩施工、拉森钢板桩施工、高压旋喷桩施工及冠梁施工等核心方案,基坑围护方案采用三轴水泥土搅拌桩,局部SMW工法桩由于受到以前老桩影响,导致无法施工,局部位置采用“拉森钢板桩+型钢支护”,局部SMW工法桩由于受到一期基坑止水帷幕影响,采用高压旋喷桩支护,技术方案经专家论证,可行有效,以供行业参考借鉴。To our new town plaza phase ii business building project as an example,combined with engineering practice,the construction of deep foundation pit retaining structure is mainly introduced the key technology,the technology content includes SMW pile construction,larsen steel sheet pile construction,the construction of the high pressure jet grouting pile JiGuan beam construction core scheme,pit supporting scheme using triaxial soil-cement mixing piles,the local SMW pile due to previous old influence,As a result,“Larsen steel sheet pile+section steel support”is adopted in the local position.Due to the influence of the water stop curtain of the first-stage foundation pit,the SMW construction method pile cannot be constructed through,and the high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile is adopted for support.The technical scheme has been proved by experts to be feasible and effective,which can be used for reference by the industry.
