摘  要:为研究制备方法对钴基氧化物热电性能的影响,采用固相烧结法和溶胶凝胶法制备了GdCoO_(3)和YBaCo_(4)O_(7),并在300K-1100K温度范围内测试了材料的塞贝克系数和电导率。结果表明不同制备方法对塞贝克系数影响较小,采用溶胶凝胶法制备的样品电导率都高于固相烧结法,因此通过溶胶凝胶法制备的样品可以获得较大热电功率因子。In order to study the effect of preparation methods on the thermoelectric properties of cobalt-based oxides, GdCoO_(3)and YBaCo_(4)O_(7)were prepared by solid-phase sintering and sol-gel methods, and the Seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity of the materials were tested in the temperature range of 300K-1100K. The results show that different preparation methods have little effect on the Seebeck coefficient. The conductivity of the samples prepared by the sol-gel method is higher than that of the solid-phase sintering method, so the samples prepared by the sol-gel method can obtain a larger thermoelectric power factor.
