摘 要:对后张法有黏结预应力钢绞线和压浆的黏结性能进行了研究。通过两组钢绞线拔出试验建立了压浆缺陷情况下的波纹管内钢绞线黏结滑移本构关系;采用ABAQUS的非线性弹簧Spring2单元来模拟钢绞线与浆体之间的黏结力,对两组拉拔试验进行模拟分析。研究结果表明:波纹管直径、保护层厚度越大,试件黏结强度越大,钢绞线轴向应力越大;黏结长度越大,黏结强度和钢绞线轴向应力先增大后减小;钢绞线任意位置应力都呈现随荷载线性增长的特点,钢绞线轴向应力分布从拉拔端开始呈现线性下降的分布;随着压浆缺陷程度增大,黏结强度大致呈现线性降低的关系;存在压浆空洞部位,其钢绞线应力处处相同。The bonding performance of post-tensioned bonded prestressed steel strand and grouting was studied.Based on two groups of pull-out tests of steel strands,the bond slip constitutive relationship of steel strands in bellows under grouting defects was established.The bond between steel strands and grouting was simulated by using nonlinear Spring 2 element of ABAQUS.Two groups of pull-out tests were simulated and analyzed.The research results show that the larger the diameter of the bellows and the thickness of the protective layer,the greater the bonding strength of the specimen and the greater the axial stress of the steel strand.The longer the bonding length is,the bonding strength and axial stress of steel strand first increase and then decrease.The stress at any position of the steel strand increases linearly with the load,and the axial stress distribution of the steel strand decreases linearly from the drawing end.The bond strength decreases linearly with the increase of grouting defect;the stress of steel strand is the same everywhere where there is grouting cavity.
