摘  要:堇青石-莫来石立柱是一种常用的陶瓷厂窑具材料,在高温烟气腐蚀下,堇青石-莫来石立柱通常发生断裂失效。本工作以陶瓷厂断裂失效堇青石-莫来石立柱为研究对象,采用X射线衍射、X射线荧光、扫描电子显微镜等技术测定分析了堇青石-莫来石立柱的化学组成与微观结构。结果发现:断裂失效后的堇青石-莫来石立柱组织中形成了大量玻璃相结构,伴有大量二氧化硅流失,出现了大量裂纹、孔隙,导致堇青石-莫来石立柱抗折强度下降,引发堇青石-莫来石立柱断裂失效。Cordierite-mullite columns are used widely as one kind of kiln furniture materials in porcelain factories.The fracture failure of cordierite-mullite column happens commonly due to the long-term corrosion of high temperature flue gas.This work is to study the failed cordierite-mullite columns.The chemical composition and micro-structure of failed cordieritemullite columns were characterized by XRD,X-ray fluorescence and scanning electron microscope.The reults show that there is plenty of glassy phase formed and some loss of silica composition in failed cordierite-mullite.And some cracks and porosity in failed columns decrease the flexural strength of the cordierite-mullite columns,which is the origination of the fracture failure of cordierite mullite column.
