摘　　要：建设海南自贸港是党中央着眼于国内国际两个大局,深入研究、统筹考虑、科学谋划做出的重大决策。用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导海南推进自贸港建设是理论的自觉和逻辑的必然。在海南自贸港建设中,全面贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,坚持走中国特色社会主义道路,坚持全面深化改革开放,坚持新发展理念,坚持社会主义核心价值体系,坚持不断丰富和完善习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,推动习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想落地见效。Building a Free Trade Port in Hainan,The Party Central Committee has made major decisions with the in-depth research,the overall consideration and the scientific planning,which focusing on both domestic and international situations,and guiding Hainan to promote the construction of a free trade port with Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era is a theoretical self-consciousness and logical necessity.To achieve this grand goal,the Xi Jinping’s thought should be implemented thoroughly and precisely.We should also adhere to the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the comprehensive reform and opening up,and the new concept of development.Meanwhile,we will improve the laws and people’s well-being when we continue to uphold the socialist core value system,and make Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era perfect.By all means,we will make sure that the thought produces the desired result.
