摘  要:真空泵和康达效应式真空发生器均可作为真空物料输送系统的气源机械,目前两种系统间并没有明确的选用指标,而合理选型有利于降低系统能耗。针对这一问题,分别基于真空泵和康达效应式真空发生器搭建了实验平台,分别以聚丙烯颗粒、石英砂、蛭石粉末为输送材料,进行不同工况下的实验研究,得到两种系统的能耗变化规律。在实验基础上,对两种系统的功率特性进行分析,推导出两种系统选用的能耗判据。Both vacuum pump and Coanda ejector can be used as the air source machinery in the vacuum conveying system. At present, there is no clear index for the selection of the two systems, and reasonable selection is conducive to reducing the system’s energy consumption. To solve this problem, the experimental platform based on the vacuum pump and Coanda ejector is built respectively. The experimental research is carried out under different working conditions with polypropylene particles, quartz sand and vermiculite powder as conveying materials to obtain the two systems’ change rules of energy consumption. Based on the experiment, the power characteristics of the two systems are analyzed, and the energy consumption criterion is derived.
