摘  要:研究一种基于数控加工的大型齿轮加工成形方法。对大型齿轮加工数控成形工艺进行分析;利用数控加工成形工艺对一个大模数圆柱齿轮进行加工,检验该工艺的加工精度。经统计大模数圆柱齿轮齿形误差和齿向误差表明,各项指标均小于规定的误差范围。A machining and forming method of large gear based on numerical control machining was studied. The CNC forming technology of large gear machining was analyzed, a large modulus cylindrical gear was machined by numerical control machining technology with its machining accuracy of the technology being tested. The statistics indicate that the indexes of the tooth shape error and tooth direction error of the large modulus cylindrical gear are all less than the specified scope.
