摘 要:本文对上冻下藏型单系统风冷冰箱冷冻风道的优化设计,利用电动风门对风道内风腔进行分隔。基于数值模拟及实验验证的方法,提出实现单系统双门冰箱独立控温及宽幅变温的设计方案。参考热负荷计算结果并结合离心风机的工作原理,对风道采用左右风腔不对称设计。通过增设冷冻风门,并在风道内不同位置上设置若干个形状各异的导流结构,以优化出风口风量分配及风向。对优化后的风道进行实验验证,结果表明:优化后的风道结构合理,冷冻室温度调节范围可做到(-24-8)℃;冷藏室温度调节范围可做到(-12-10)℃。In this paper,through the optimization design of the freezer air duct of the single system air-cooled refrigerator,the electric damper is used to separate the air chamber in the air duct,and based on the method of numerical simulation and experimental verification,the design scheme of realizing the single system wide-temperature variation and independent temperature control is put forward.Referring to the calculation results of thermal load,combined with the working principle of centrifugal fan,in order to optimize the proportion of air volume distribution and wind direction of the air outlet,asymmetrical design of the left and right air tunnel is adopted,several diversion structures of different shapes are added at different positions in the air duct with electric damper.Taking the optimized air duct as the object,the verification results show that:the optimized air duct structure is reasonable,the temperature adjustment range of the freezer can be-24 to 8℃;the temperature of the refrigerator varies from-12 to 10℃.
