摘  要:笔者通过大量试验,发现电子膨胀阀的控制、排气过热度的控制、闪蒸罐压力的控制等因素对喷焓量影响较大:通过电子膨胀阀控制实际排气过热度,以“目标─实际”排气作为调阀的依据,从而实现对喷焓量的控制。试验研究表明,调节电子膨胀阀开度控制喷焓量,能保证气态冷媒进入压缩机喷焓缸体内,不至于长时间回液导致压缩机损坏,闪蒸器内存储汽液两相冷媒,尤其是闪蒸器中压、液位的控制对性能及喷焓量的影响较大。Through a large number of experiments,the author found that the control of electronic expansion valve,exhaust superheat,flash tank pressure and other factors have a great influence on the amount of enthalpy injection:the actual exhaust superheat is controlled by electronic expansion valve,and the"target-actual"exhaust is taken as the basis of valve adjustment,so that the amount of enthalpy injection can be controlled.Experimental research shows that adjusting the opening of the electronic expansion valve to control the injection enthalpy can ensure that the gaseous refrigerant enters the injection enthalpy cylinder of the compressor,so that the compressor will not be damaged due to long-time liquid return,and the vapor-liquid two-phase refrigerant is stored in the flash evaporator,especially the control of the pressure and liquid level in the flash evaporator has great influence on the performance and injection enthalpy.
