摘　　要：阐述了用PBT-DTY加弹记忆丝开发的一种记忆面料,并对其生产工艺进行探讨。实验采用了FDY工艺生产的PBT原丝和高温加弹机台。研究发现,当第1热箱短区温度在300~360℃,卷曲收缩率在一定范围内随着温度上升而变大;第1热箱长区温度在200~250℃,卷曲收缩率随着温度上升而有较明显的提升,但是断裂伸长与强度有所下降;当第2热箱温度关闭时,卷曲收缩率显著提升,断裂伸长有所下降;经综合对比,拉伸比控制在1.0~2.0,D/Y控制在1.50~2.50,主网络压力控制在0.10~0.30 MPa,在第2热箱关闭的情况下,采取较高的第1热箱短区温度,有利于提高卷曲收缩率,通过调整拉伸比与D/Y参数,减少了断头,提高了稳定性,最后量产PBT-DTY加弹记忆丝染色稳定,作业性稳定。This paper describes a memory fabric developed with PBT-DTY textured memory fiber,and discusses its production process.PBT precursor produced by FDY process and high temperature texturing machine were used in the experiment.It is found that when the temperature in the short zone of the T1 heater is in the range of 300~360℃,the crimp shrinkage increases with the increase of temperature in a certain range.When the temperature of the long zone of the T1 heater is in the range of 200~250℃,the crimp shrinkage increases obviously with the increase of temperature,but the breaking elongation and strength decrease;When the T2 heater is closed,the crimp shrinkage increases significantly and the elongation at break decreases;The draft ratio is controlled at 1.0~2.0,D/Y is controlled at 1.50~2.50 and the main network pressure is controlled at 0.10~0.30 Mpa through comprehensive comparison.When T2 heater is closed,adopting a higher temperature in the short area of the T1 heater is conducive to improving the curl shrinkage.The end breakage is reduced and the stability is improved by adjusting the drafting ratio and D/Y.Finally,the dyeing and the operability of the mass production of PBT-DTY elastic memory fiber are stable.
