摘  要:由于排放标准的提高,某石化企业污水二级生化装置排水,进入深度处理装置再处理,该深度处理装置采用“反硝化滤池+臭氧+生物活性炭滤池+高密度沉淀池”的工艺,处理后污水水质达到COD Cr≤30mg/L、氨氮≤2mg/L、总氮≤15mg/L、总磷≤0.3mg/L。装置投运后运行较为平稳。2020年大修后,COD Cr去除率为74.20%、氨氮去除率为85.84%、总氮去除率为46.03%、总磷去除率为93.23%。但也出现了一系列的问题,如反硝化滤池布水管堵塞、臭氧泄漏等。Due to the improvement of the discharge standard,the sewage from the secondary biochemical device of a petrochemical enterprise is discharged into the advanced treatment device for reprocessing.The advanced treatment device adopts the process of"denitrification filter+ozone+biological activated carbon filter+high-density sedimentation tank".The treated sewage quality reaches CODcr≤30 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen≤2 mg/L,total nitrogen≤15 mg/L and total phosphorus≤0.3 mg/l.After the device is put into operation,it operates stably.After the overhaul in 2020,the CODcr removal rate is 74.20%,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 85.84%,the total nitrogen removal rate is 46.03%,and the total phosphorus removal rate is 93.23%.However,there are also a series of problems,such as blockage of water distribution pipe of denitrification filter,ozone leakage and so on.
