摘 要:微小流量计量在能源计量、精准医疗等多种场合中有着广泛应用,但是目前测量微小流量的流量计普遍存在准确度低等问题。因此,文中以精准测量微小流量为目的,设计了差压式微小流量计。借助计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics, CFD)仿真技术,设计了流量计的基本结构。通过实流实验验证了设计方案的可行性。实验结果表明:差压式微小流量计可以实现流量范围在50~600 mL/h内的测量,线性度误差小于5%;在流量范围240~400 mL/h内的测量,线性度误差小于2%。Micro flow metering is widely used in many occasions such as energy measurement and precision medical treatment.However, current flow meters that measure micro flow generally have problems such as low accuracy.Therefore, this paper designed a differential pressure type small flow meter for the purpose of accurately measuring the small flow.With the aid of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation technology, the basic structure of the flowmeter was designed.The feasibility of the design scheme was verified by the actual flow experiment.The experimental results show that the differential pressure type micro flowmeter can realize the measurement in the flow range of 50~600 mL/h, the linearity error is less than 5%.In the measurement flow range of 240~400 mL/h, the linearity error is less than 2%.
