摘 要:针对数据采集系统中多块控制板卡间的通信问题,以及为解决基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的数据采集系统开发难度高、开发周期长等问题,设计了基于改良式SPI总线和LabVIEW的多通道数据采集系统。该系统采用Vivado和LabVIEW相结合的开发模式,其整体架构由4块控制板卡、3块高精度A/D采集模块和上位机构成,通过改良式SPI总线通信和千兆以太网通信实现数据传输。实验结果表明,该系统能够实现对多种不同类型信号的24通道并行采集,有效解决了多块控制板卡间的高速并行通信问题。In order to solve the problems of communication between multiple control boards in data acquisition system, and to solve the problems of high difficulty and long development cycle of data acquisition system based on field programmable gate array (FPGA),a multi-channel data acquisition system based on improved SPI bus and LabVIEW was designed.The system adopted the development mode of combining Vivado and LabVIEW.Its overall architecture was composed of four control board cards, three high-precision A/D acquisition modules and upper mechanism.Data transmission was realized through improved SPI bus communication and gigabit ethernet communication.The experimental results show that the system can realize the 24-channel parallel acquisition of many different types of signals, and effectively solve the high-speed parallel communication problem between multiple control boards.
