摘　　要：患者,男,62岁。左腰部及左股部多发皮下结节10个月余。皮肤科查体:左腰部、左股部触及多个皮下结节,左股部外侧结节中央小开口,有少许黄白色脓液。组织病理示:肉芽肿性炎伴大片坏死,小脓肿形成。组织感染病原体基因检测提示:惠普尔养障体。诊断为皮肤惠普尔养障体感染。予外科手术切除治疗。A 62-year-old male presented with multiple subcutaneous nodules on the left waist and left thigh for 10 mouths. Dermatological examination showed multiple subcutaneous nodules touched on the left waist and left thigh, and there was a small opening in the center of the lateral nodule of left thigh, with a little yellowish white pus. Histopathology showed granulomatous inflammation with large necrosis and small abscess. Gene detection of infectious pathogens showed Tropheryma whipplei. The diagnosis of Tropheryma whipplei infection was made. Surgical resection was performed.
