阿维A联合外用糖皮质激素治疗类天疱疮样扁平苔藓一例

摘　　要：患者,男,58岁。周身紫红色扁平丘疹伴痒2个月。组织病理及免疫病理检查结果符合类天疱疮样扁平苔藓。给予口服阿维A胶囊30 mg日1次、雷公藤20 mg日3次,外用卤米松、哈西奈德于丘疹处。半个月后随访,水疱已全部消退,皮疹颜色较前明显变淡。A 58-year-old male presented with purplish red flat papules around the body accompanied by itching for 2 months. Histopathology and immunopathology features were consistent with pemphigoid lichen planus. The patient was treated with oral administration of acitretina A capsule 30 mg, once a day, tripterygium wilfordii 20 mg, 3 times a day, topical administration of halometasone and hascinide. The blisters were subsided, and the color of the rash was obviously lighter than before after 15-day follow up.
