摘　　要：机井工程是水利设施工程的重要组成部分,在农用机井的设计中,要遵循"节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力"的新时期水利工作方针,把提高农村地区水利服务与保障能力作为主要目标,努力提升地区的水利发展能力,着力保障农民灌溉需求,改变群众生产生活条件。Motor well project is an important part of water conservancy facilities project.In the design of agricultural motor wells,the principle of water conservancy work in the new period should be followed as giving priority to water conservation,balancing spatial,managing systematically and exerting both hands.At the same time,the water conservancy service should be taken improved and the capacity in rural areas should be guaranteed as the main goals.Efforts will be made to improve the regional water conservancy development capacity,to ensure the irrigation requirement of farmers and to change the production and living conditions of people.
