摘  要:为保障施工期间给某重要集团供水,导流洞工程质量是施工期供水保障的基础,因此质量监督项目站高度重视质量监督工作,始终把工程质量放在首位,狠抓质量管理行为和工程实体质量,健全各单位质量管理体系,从而确保导流洞工程质量满足设计及规范要求。在当前强监管的水利新形势下,贵州水利项目大幅增加,共性是时间紧、任务重,若按照原来监督工作方式,将远远不能满足新时代质量监督高质量发展要求。在人少、工作任务重的前提下,只有做到系统化、清单化管理,才能在检查过程中,无漏洞、无死角,更好地为水利工程建设质量保驾护航。In order to ensure water supplyto an important group duringthe construction period,diversion tunnel engineering quality is the basis of water supply during construction.Therefore,the quality supervision engineering station attaches great importance to the quality supervision work.The quality of the engineering isalways put inthe firstplace.It is necessary to pay close attention to quality management behavior and engineering entity quality and improve the quality management system of each unit,so as to ensure that the engineering quality of diversion tunnel meets the design and specification requirements.Under the current new situation of water conservancy with strong supervision,the number of water conservancy engineering in Guizhou has increased substantially.The commonality is that thetimeis tight and the task is heavy.If we follow the original way of supervision,it will be far from meeting the requirements of high-quality development of quality supervision in the new era.under the premise of fewer staff andheavy worktask,only systematic and inventory management can ensure no loopholes,no dead corner,and better escort the quality of water conservancy project construction.
