藏医特色烙疗术治疗腰椎骨质增生症临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察藏医烙疗术结合藏药治疗腰椎骨质增生症的临床疗效。方法:采用藏医烙疗术治疗腰椎骨质增生症患者66例,30 d治疗1次,并结合藏成药口服,45 d后观察腰部疼痛、下肢放射痛、下肢麻木感、腰椎活动度等改变情况。结果:临床控制38例,占57.57%;显效22例,占33.33%;有效5例,占7.58%;无效1例,占1.52%;总有效率98.48%(65/66)。患者腰部疼痛、下肢放射痛、下肢麻木感、腰椎活动度等症状显著改善或消失,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:藏医特色烙疗术结合藏药治疗腰椎骨质增生症临床疗效显著,值得推广。Objective:This paper is to observe the clinical effect of Tibetan medicine cauterization combined with oral Tibetan medicine in the treatment of lumbar hyperosteogeny.Methods:66 cases of lumbar hyperosteogeny were treated with Tibetan medicine cauterization,treating once every 30 days,which is combined with oral Tibetan medicine.After 45 days,the changes of lumbar pain,lower limb radiation pain,lower limb numbness and lumbar mobility have been observed.Results:38cases have been controlled clinically,accounting for 57.57%;22 cases have been markedly effective,accounting for 33.33%;5 cases have been effective,accounting for 7.58%;1 case is found to be invalid,accounting for 1.52%;The total effective rate is 98.48%(65/66).The symptoms such as waist pain,lower limb radiation pain,lower limb numbness and lumbar range of motion have been significantly improved or disappeared.Compared with the situation before the treatments,the differences have been found to be significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Tibetan medicine characteristic cauterization combined with Tibetan oral medicine in the treatment of lumbar hyperosteogeny is significant,which is worthy of promotion.
