摘  要:为解决隧道区域事故率偏高且危害性较重等问题,首先,分析隧道常见事故的致因和归纳传统隧道交通事故的应对策略;然后,借助于当前智能网联汽车、现代移动通信、互联网与大数据处理的技术进步,构建基于5G通信的隧道区域自动驾驶与车路协同技术框架,并探讨基于该框架的创新性风险规避策略。本研究顺应智能网联汽车和自动驾驶系统的技术趋势,契合公路隧道提质升级行动的目标需求,通过完善隧道区域的综合预警机制,变传统的隧道事故被动应对为积极主动预防,为实现隧道区域交通要素的智慧化、提升司乘人员的行车体验、增强事故的紧急救援能力和风险管控水平提供新的思路。To reduce the number of traffic accidents in highway tunnels, the causes for common accidents in tunnels are first analyzed, and corresponding strategies are summarized. Moreover, a coordinated technical framework of automatic driving(AD) and road in tunnel is established, based on 5G communication under the help of intelligent connected vehicles(ICVs), modern mobile communication, the Internet, and big data. Herein, innovative accident avoidance strategies based on this framework are discussed. This study agrees with the technical megatrend of ICV and AD and the objectives necessary to upgrade the quality of tunnel facilities. By improving the comprehensive warning mechanism in the tunnel area, the passive accident response can be replaced by active response, realizing intelligent traffic factors in the tunnel, improving the driving experience of humans, strengthening the emergency rescue capacity, and enhancing the risk management level.
