摘  要:为解决富水花岗岩、高角度裂隙发育、高承压水等复杂地质条件下铁路隧道竖井施工安全及工期问题,在采用普通水泥和超细水泥等水泥基材料注浆效果不能满足施工需求的情况下,通过试验和方案对比后采用改性脲醛树脂材料进行注浆堵水,其浆液注入量、注浆孔剩余水量、井壁漏水量较普通水泥和超细水泥均有较大优势,能够更好地保证注浆效果,大大降低竖井施工淹井的风险;同时,使用改性脲醛树脂注浆可以减少单孔复钻复注次数,节约钻孔、注浆时间。该材料成功用于高黎贡山隧道1号竖井建井施工中,有效解决了600 m以下深度竖井施工注浆堵水难题,杜绝了淹井风险,确保了竖井施工安全到底,使控制性工程工期得到了有效保障。To guarantee the safety of railway tunnel shafts under complex geological conditions, such as water-rich granite, high-angle crack development, and high-pressure water, modified urea-formaldehyde resin is used for watersealing grouting after test and scheme comparison when the grouting effect of cement-based materials, such as ordinary and ultra-fine cement, cannot meet the construction requirements. The modified urea-formaldehyde resin is superior to ordinary and ultra-fine cement regarding grouting volume, residual water in the grouting hole, and water leakage on the shaft wall. It can better guarantee the grouting effect and reduce the flooding risk of the shaft. The modified ureaformaldehyde resin can reduce the single-hole redrilling and regrouting time to improve the drilling and grouting effect. The modified urea-formaldehyde resin was applied in shaft #1 of the Gaoligongshan tunnel, and a favorable effect was achieved in water-sealing grouting.
