摘  要:采用水溶液聚合法制备得到四元聚合物阻垢剂(IA/AA/AMPS/HPMA),并对其进行定性表征分析(核磁共振氢谱分析、红外光谱分析、XRD分析、GPC分析、热重分析)。基于单因素法,通过静态阻垢试验对此阻垢剂的阻垢性能进行了分析。结合实验数据可知,在80℃温度条件下,采用8%引发剂,按照mIA∶mAA∶mHPMA∶mAMPS=4.5∶1∶0.5∶1的比例进行3h的反应是最佳合成条件。在70℃阻垢温度下投入40mg·L^(-1)该聚合物阻垢剂,进行10h的阻垢反应,可以成功阻垢84.5%的CaCO_(3);在40℃阻垢温度下,投入同等量的阻垢剂,反应6h,可成功阻垢84.2%的CaSO_(4)。Quaternary polymer scale inhibitor(IA/AA/AMPS/HPMA),prepared by aqueous solution polymerization,Then nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum analysis,infrared spectrum analysis,XRD analysis,GPC analysis,thermogravimetric analysis were conducted for qualitative characterization analysis.The scale inhibition performance of this scale inhibitor was analyzed based on the single factor method according to the static scale inhibition test.Therefore,combined with the results of the experiments,the optimum synthesis conditions were obtained under the temperature of 80℃with 8%initiator and the ratio of mIA∶mAA∶mHPMA∶mAMPS=4.5∶1∶0.5∶1 for 3h reaction.84.5%calcium carbonate can be successfully inhibited when 40mg·L^(-1)is injected at 70℃for 10h scale inhibition reaction,while the same amount of scale inhibitor is injected under 40℃for 6h reaction,84.2%calcium sulfate can be successfully inhibited.
