摘  要:长庆油田开采进入中高含水开发期,高含水原油集输导致出油管线腐蚀破漏严重,造成严重的环境和安全隐患。本文采用实验室挂片和现场试验相结合的方法,系统研究了采出水的腐蚀速率、缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果,并结合水质分析和电化学方法初步分析了腐蚀原因;对2种咪唑啉类缓释剂和1种有机磷酸盐类缓蚀剂及其复配的3种缓蚀剂进行^(13)C/^(31)P NMR检测;通过室内和现场试验进行了缓蚀剂的筛选,确定了适用于作业区油井的复配型缓蚀剂HS06,其添加浓度为100×10^(-6)。Changqing Oilfield has entered the development period of medium and high water cut.The gathering and transportation of high water cut crude oil leads to serious corrosion and leakage of oil pipeline,causing serious environmental and safety hazards.Injection of corrosion inhibitor has the advantages of simple operation,low cost and flexibility.Therefore,it is of great significance to select and evaluate the types of corrosion inhibitor.In this paper,the corrosion rate was tested by the method of underground coupon and laboratory research,and the corrosion reason was analyzed by combining water quality analysis and electrochemical corrosion detection;Two kinds of imidazoline slow-release agents,one kind of organic phosphate inhibitor and three kinds of compound inhibitors were analyzed by ^(13)C/^(31)P NMR;The mixed-type corrosion inhibitor HS06 is selected through laboratory and field tests,and its injection concentration is 100×10^(-6).
