摘  要:针对渤海C油田碳酸氢钠型水质与钻井液存在的配伍性问题,利用浊度仪研究了一种隐形酸螯合剂HTA对二者配伍性的影响。在此基础上,利用原子吸收分光光度计、万能材料试验机等设备,通过溶解度测试等实验手段,考察了该螯合剂对CaCO_(3)、MgCO_(3)垢样及长石、石英的溶解率、对N80钢的腐蚀率及力学强度等参数的影响。实验结果表明,HTA可有效改善地层水与钻井液的配伍性,HTA对于不同浓度的CaCO_(3)垢和MgCO_(3)垢均具有很好的溶解作用,对石英、长石溶解作用小,对钢材腐蚀性、力学性能均无明显影响。该螯合剂满足渤海C油田使用要求,具有广泛推广价值。Aiming at the compatibility of sodium bicarbonate water quality and drilling fluid in Bohai C Oilfield,the influence of a chelating acid HTA on the compatibility was studied by turbidimetric instrument.On this basis,using atomic absorption spectrophotometer,universal material testing machine and other experiment equipment,through experimental methods such as solubility test and dynamic core flow,dissolution rate of CaCO_(3),MgCO_(3),feldspar and quartz in the chelating agent solution were investigated.The influence on the corrosion rate and mechanical strength of N80 steel by the chelating agent were studied.The results showed that HTA can effectively improve the compatibility of formation water and drilling fluid.HTA has a well dissolving effect on CaCO_(3) scale and MgCO_(3).It has little effect on the dissolution of quartz and feldspar.It has no obvious influence on the corrosiveness and mechanical properties of steel.The chelating agent can meet the application requirement of Bohai C Oilfield and has extensive promotion value.
