摘 要:甘草被应用于化工研究、医药研究及日常饮食中,在古今中外应用均非常广泛。已经被鉴定出的三萜皂苷类化合物、黄酮类化合物、香豆素类化合物以及多糖、脂肪等多种化学成分,分别表现出抗氧化、抗癌、抑菌、神经保护、调控血糖血脂以及抗抑郁等生物活性,具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、缓急止痛及调和诸药之功效。本文对甘草的化学成分及其生物活性研究进展予以归纳综述,以期能够为日后更进一步探索甘草的应用前景提供科学依据。Licorice is used in chemical research,medical research and daily diet,in ancient and modern Chinese and foreign are widely used.Has been identified triterpenoid saponins compounds,flavonoids,coumarins compounds and polysaccharide,fat and other chemical composition,respectively,show the antioxidant,anticancer,antibacterial,nerve protection,regulating blood lipid and biological activity such as antidepressant with tonifying spleen yiqi,qingrejiedu,expectorant,cough,pain and mediate the effect of the medicine.In this paper,the research progress of the chemical constituents and biological activities of Glycyrrhiza glycyrrhiza was summarized in order to provide scientific basis for further exploration of the application prospect of Glycyrrhiza glycyrrhiza in the future.
