摘  要:将苯磺酰氯缓慢加入锌粉、相转移催化剂、引发剂、有机溶剂的混合体系中,反应得到橡塑发泡促进剂苯亚磺酸锌(ZBS)。该合成方法工艺简单环保,产生的唯一ZnCl_(2)副产物可作为其他化学产品的原材料;反应在惰性有机溶剂中完成,有效避免了苯磺酰氯的水解和过还原,产品收率高;生成的ZnCl_(2)在水中溶解度大,较传统工艺产生的无机盐更易于水洗,产品的品质更好;反应后处理阶段有机溶剂置换为水,有效的避免了溶剂回收及安全问题。以锌粉为还原剂制备苯亚磺酸锌是一条环保高效且易于工业化的工艺路线。The rubber and plastic foaming accelerator zinc phenylsulfite(ZBS)was prepared by slowly adding benzenesulfonyl chloride into the mixed system of zinc powder,Phase-transfer catalyst,initiator and organic solvent.The synthetic process is simple and environmentally friendly,and the only by-product of zinc chloride can be used as raw material for other chemical products;The reaction is carried out in an inert organic solvent to avoid hydrolysis and over reduction of Benzenesulfonyl chloride,resulting in high product yield;The zinc chloride has higher solubility in water and is easier to wash in water than the inorganic salt produced by the traditional process,the product quality is better;the organic solvent is replaced by water in the post-treatment stage,which effectively avoids the problems of solvent recovery and safety;The preparation of zinc phenylsulfite using zinc powder as reducing agent is an environment-friendly,efficient and easy-to-industrialized process.
