摘　　要：宋代以前的陶瓷造物设计很大意义体现在礼器的丰富程度上,日用陶瓷的造物设计并没有完全体现在民众日常生活中,主要是还是作为礼器,供达官贵人使用。唐代虽初步形成了“南青北白”的局面,但无论是从工艺上还是全民普及程度上都无法与宋代相比。正是因为宋瓷的“亲民”,笔者想从人机学角度重新挖掘和理解宋代日用陶瓷,通过人机学角度研究宋代陶瓷艺术以期能给现代陶瓷艺术设计一些新的启发和创新,正所谓古为今用,为开来而既往。笔者通过文献、数据等分析方法对宋代陶瓷进行剖析,从造型设计、人机工学等方面来阐释宋代陶瓷的实用性、宜人性,并结合其形式美感和人文象征等维度来分析其造型结构设计,从而找到宋代日用陶瓷功能与形式的和谐统一的原因。The ceramic design before the Song Dynasty is of great significance reflected in the richness of ritual ware. The ceramic design for daily use is largely not reflected in the daily use of the whole people. It is mainly used as a ritual ware for dignitaries. Although the Tang Dynasty initially formed the situation of The South Is Green And The North Is White, it could not be compared with the Song Dynasty either in terms of technology or the popularity of the whole people. It is precisely because of the song dynasty porcelain Close To The People, which is also the reason why the author wants to rediscover or understand the Song Dynasty daily ceramics from the Angle of man-machine science. In addition, the study of song Dynasty ceramic art from the Angle of man-machine science is expected to give some new inspiration and innovation to modern ceramic art design, which is called the past for the present and the past for the future. In this paper, through literature, data analysis methods, such as pottery and porcelain of song dynasty, from the aspects of design, man-machine engineering and so on to illustrate the practicability of the song dynasty ceramics, agreeableness, and combined with the form of beauty and cultural symbol and other dimensions to analyze its modelling design, so as to find the song dynasty ceramics for daily use function and form of harmony.
