摘  要:目的:分析公立医院资产管理绩效评价存在的问题,提出对策建议。方法:设计公立医院资产管理绩效评价问卷,对公立医院资产管理绩效评价现状展开调研。结果:公立医院资产管理模式多元化,但资产绩效评价仍处于初级水平,资产价值管理和实物管理脱节,缺乏完善的资产管理绩效评价方案和先进的信息化管理手段。结论:公立医院要将资产管理与绩效管理相结合,多部门密切协作,完善资产管理绩效评价方案,搭建信息化平台,实现资产绩效评价的长效管理,推动公立医院高质量发展。Objective To analyze the problems in the performance evaluation of asset management in public hospitals,and to put forward countermeasures.Methods This study used self-design questionnaire to collect data of current performance evaluation of public hospital asset management.Results The asset management model of public hospitals was diversified,but there existed several problems.For example,the asset performance evaluation was still at the primary level,the asset value management was not matching material management,and there is a lack of a complete asset management performance evaluation plan and advanced information management methods.Conclusion Public hospitals should combine asset management with performance management,cooperate closely with multiple departments,improve the asset management performance evaluation plan,build an information platform,realize the long-term management of asset performance evaluation,and promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
