摘 要:为了解决工业中汽车散热器焊接加工后焊合率无法逐个检测和无损检测的问题,研究了红外热成像技术结合图像处理的无损检测方法。以红外热成像技术为依托,对目标物体表面红外热辐射进行温度转换,获得物体表面直观热像图。利用图像处理算法,获取需求数据和判断数据,实现焊合率的判断。研究结果表明:随着翅片焊合率从10%以每次10%递增至100%,翅片温度从299.8 K增至326.6 K,隔板温度从338.3 K降至328.3 K。以二值化图像对黑白像素点占比进行分析,白色占比越高则散热器焊合率越高。利用汽车散热器的功能特性,通过红外热效应检测其焊接程度,提高了产品受检率和检测精度。In order to solve the problem that the welding rate of automobile radiator cannot be detected one by one and nondestructive testing in industry,the nondestructive testing method of infrared thermal imaging technology combined with image processing was studied.Based on infrared thermal imaging technology,the infrared thermal radiation on the surface of the object was transformed into temperature to obtain the intuitive thermal image of the object surface.Meanwhile,the image processing algorithm was used to obtain the demand data and judgment data to judge the welding rate.The results show that with the increase of welding rate from 10% to 100% with 10% per time,the radiator-fan temperature increases from 299.8 K to 326.6 K,and the diaphragm temperature decreases from 338.3 K to 328.3 K.The proportion of black and white pixels was analyzed with binary images.The higher the proportion of white pixels is,the higher the welding rate of radiator is.The heat dissipation function of automobile radiator is used to detect the welding degree through infrared thermal effect,so as to improve the product acceptance rate and detection accuracy.
