摘　　要：近年来,“体检评估”这一概念在规划编制中受到了越来越多的关注,其应用范围也由法定规划向其他类型的规划延展。城市更新规划作为对体检需求最为迫切、对体检精细化程度要求最高的规划类型,目前却尚未形成成熟的体检评估方式。文章分析了当前城市更新规划中的体检评估所面临的主要问题,通过北京城市副中心老城区更新与双修实践,探索城市更新地段精细化体检评估的技术方法与工作范式,从而推动城市更新规划的精细化实施与治理。Physical examination has received more and more attention in statutory plans and other plans as planning implementation is being stressed.In urban renewal planning,physical examination is mostly needed yet to be matured.The paper analyzes the major problems of physical examination in urban renewal planning,explores the technical method and working paradigm of refined physical examination in the old quarter renewal of Beijing sub-central district,and promotes the implementation of refined urban renewal planning.
