摘 要:应用Gambit,Fluent软件对高黏度齿轮泵参数化模型进行仿真模拟,探讨了介质黏度、转速、压差、齿顶间隙对高黏度齿轮泵容积效率的影响。得出:介质黏度较高时,高黏度齿轮泵的容积效率比较稳定、波动不大;齿轮低速运转时的容积效率较高。从结构参数、运动参数两方面为改善高黏度齿轮泵的容积效率提供了依据。The Gambit and Fluent software were used to simulate the parametric model of the high-viscosity gear pump,and the effects of medium viscosity,speed,pressure difference and tooth tip clearance on the volumetric efficiency of the high-viscosity gear pump were discussed.It is concluded that when the viscosity of the medium is high,the volumetric efficiency of the high-viscosity gear pump is relatively stable and the fluctuation is not large;the volumetric efficiency of the gear is high at low speed.It provides a basis for improving the volumetric efficiency of high-viscosity gear pumps in terms of structural parameters and motion parameters.
