摘　　要：从英利国际金融中心54楼的落地窗远眺,能直观地感受重庆这座城市发展的强劲脉搏。2022年3月春日,记者在荷兰驻重庆总领事馆包适总领事办公室对他进行了专访。眼前的包适总领事系了一条“荷兰橙”的领带,绅士范儿十足,与记者畅谈了他眼中的重庆,以及对重庆和荷兰友好交往的美好期许。70多年前,重庆就与荷兰结下不解之缘。重庆是二战时期中国的战时首都。抗战爆发后,随着国民政府西迁重庆,荷兰公使馆也将办事处设在重庆。Through the floor-to-ceiling windows on the 54^(th)floor of Yingli International Financial Center,one can easily feel the strong pulse of Chongqing's urban dynamism.Recently,we had an exclusive interview with Huub Buise,Consul-General of the Netherlands in Chongqing at his office.Consul-General Huub Buise,a gentleman wearing the tie in Dutch national color orange,talks about Chongqing in his eyes and his best expectations for the friendship between Chongqing and the Netherlands.
