摘  要:针对输油泵机组运行状态差异大、效率低、能耗高等缺点,根据现场测试和数据分析结果,对泵机组实施能效对标体系研究。采用Pearson相关系数对影响泵机组效率的评价指标进行筛选,利用熵权法确定指标权重,引入综合评价因子以全面反映能耗水平,对综合评价因子和泵机组效率进行线性拟合。结果表明:影响泵机组效率的因素权重从大到小依次为功率因数、节流损失率、泵机组单耗和电动机综合效率,可通过线性回归和差值计算,分析造成泵机组效率低下的原因,并有针对性地提出改进措施。研究结果可为集输系统重点耗能设备能效对标提供实际参考。In view of the characteristics of large differences in operation states,low efficiency and high energy consumption of oil transmission pump sets,the energy efficiency benchmarking system of the pump sets is studied according to the results of field test and data analysis.The Pearson correlation coefficient is used to screen the evaluation indexes affecting the pump unit efficiency,and the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of the indexes.The comprehensive evaluation factor is introduced to reflect the energy consumption level comprehensively,and the linear fitting is carried out between the comprehensive evaluation factor and the pump unit efficiency.The results show that the weight of the factors affecting the efficiency of the pump unit from large to small is the power factor,throttle loss rate,unit consumption of the pump unit,and the comprehensive efficiency of the motor.Through linear regression and difference calculation,the causes of the low efficiency of the pump unit are analyzed,and the improvement measures are put forward pertinently.The research results can provide a practical reference for energy efficiency benchmarking of key energy-consuming equipment in gathering and transportation systems.
