摘  要:热处理作为管材及三通等产品的最后处理工艺,直接决定产品质量。热处理要求炉内温度分布均匀,特别是三通附近。为研究某台车式热处理炉内三通摆放位置的差异对炉内温度分布的影响,利用数值模拟(CFD)技术,建立同实际一致的三维计算模型,选用k-ε湍流模型和Rosseland热辐射模型分别对热处理炉内均匀分布三通、非均匀分布三通条件的流场进行模拟计算,得到稳态条件下台车式热处理炉内气体分布、气体流速和温度分布规律,确定各工况对三通质量的影响,为现场热处理操作提供了技术支持。As the final treatment process of pipelines and tees,heat treatment process directly determines the quality of products,and requires uniform temperature distribution in the furnace,especially near the tees.In order to study the influence of different tee positions on the temperature distribution in a trolley-type heat treatment furnace,a three-dimensional calculation model is established by using the numerical simulation(CFD)technique.The standard k-εturbulence model and Rosseland thermal radiation model are used to simulate the flow field of uniformly distributed and non-uniformly distributed tees in the heat treatment furnace,and the gas distribution,gas flow rate and temperature distribution in the trolley type heat treatment furnace under steady-state are obtained,and the influence of each condition on the tee quality is determined to provide support for the on-site heat treatment operation.
